- DEKTIS CONSULTANT ENGINEERS S.A. complies with all measures and obligations related to the implementation of articles 58-69, 507-508, 533 and 537 of Presidential Decree 62/2025 (A ́121) for the prevention and treatment of all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment and sexual harassment.
- The purpose of this policy is to create and consolidate a working environment that respects, promotes and ensures human dignity and the right of every person to a world of work free of violence and harassment. DEKTIS CONSULTANT ENGINEERS S.A. declares that it recognizes and respects the right of every employee to a working environment free of violence and harassment and that it does not tolerate any such behaviour, of any form by any person.
- This policy is adopted in accordance with article 62 of Presidential Decree 62/2025 (A ́121) and the regulatory legislation implementing it, applies to the persons of par. 1 of article 59 of Presidential Decree 62/2025 (A ́121) and its content is specified as follows:
POLICY CONTENT
a) Assessment of the risks of violence and harassment at work.
(b) Measures to prevent, control, limit and address these risks, as well as to monitor such incidents or forms of behaviour.
c) Information and awareness actions for staff.
d) Information on the rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as the persons exercising the managerial right or representing the employer, to the extent and to the extent of their own responsibility, in the event of occurrence or report or termination of such incidents, as well as on the relevant procedure.
e) Designation of a reference person (“liaison”) to guide and inform employees regarding the prevention and treatment of violence and harassment at work.
(f) Protecting employment and supporting workers who are victims of domestic violence, as far as possible, by any appropriate means or reasonable accommodation.
g) Communication channels – competent persons.
h) Investigation and examination of complaints with impartiality and protection of the confidentiality and personal data of victims and complainants.
i) Prohibition of retaliation against the affected person.
(j) Description of the consequences of a finding of infringements.
(k) Cooperation and provision of any relevant information to the competent authorities, if requested.
